At House of Siren, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear without hygiene liners
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
